Today 31 5th Year students graduated from Maynooth University with a level 6 accredited qualification having completed the STEM passport for Inclusion programme during Transition Year. This programme is about empowering women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths).

Professor Katríona O’Sullivan spoke to the students about her pathway in Education and told them to remember three things.

  1. To always ask for help and support when they need it.
  2. To never stop trying and
  3. To always challenge themselves.
