Portrait Artist of the Year

This year, the Art Department of Ms. Byrne and Ms. Cowan launched a new initiative: Loreto Crumlin’s Portrait Artist of the Year. The competition was split into two categories, one for Junior students from 1st-3rd year and a second Senior competition for 4th-6th Years. Students were invited and encouraged to submit a portrait for the event, and the entries really showcased the brilliant artistic talent that is being fostered in our school.  All of the portraits are currently hanging in the corridor outside our Art Rooms (Rooms 41 & 43).
