Health Promotion Week was a huge success last week. Students were encouraged to get active and taught about having a more health conscious lifestyle.
Zumba classes took place in the hall for senior students, First Years had a games tournament, Second and Third Years learned about substance abuse and anti-bullying practices. Healthy food freely available in the hall at lunchtime on Friday for all to sample and graphic images of sugar bags visually displayed to us all how much sugar actually is in some foods out there.
There are plenty of fun ways to get active both in our school and in our community. Why not try something new today!
