Class of 2015
Favourite Subject in School:
History, specifically the content taught to us during the senior cycle.
Memories of Loreto Crumlin:
Fun Day- the BBQ, bouncy castle, and sumo racing to name a few activities. The times I spent with my friends, making lifelong memories.
My Journey Through Education:
I began my undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree at Maynooth University 2015, studying Psychology. Upon completing my second year, I took a two-year break during which I gained work experience while also completing a professional diploma in Human Resource Management from DBS. I returned to Maynooth in September 2019, completing my degree and achieving a Second Class Honours Grade 1 award, allowing me to become Graduate Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland. I have also been accepted onto a Master’s programme at UCC in Organisational Psychology which I will commence this coming September 2020.
My Career Path:
My career path to date has been varied, having worked for an I.T. company, a global online buying and selling platform, and a not-for-profit organisation. I have gained multiple transferrable skills and experience as a result. Upon graduating from UCC, I will be a chartered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland, working as an Organisational Psychologist in a corporate setting, specialising in areas such as Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership & Change, and Coaching.
